Terms of Services

Last updated: 1 January 2026

Welcome to Revamp-MyLife (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By engaging our services, booking a consultation, or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services offered

Revamp-MyLife provides professional support services, including but not limited to:

  • Business & Operations Support

  • Lifestyle & Personal Management

  • Bookkeeping & Financial Administration (administrative support only)

  • Brand & Presence Setup (project-based)

  • Specialist Medical & Dental Recruitment

Services may be provided on a one-off project basis, monthly retainer, or recruitment-only engagement, depending on the nature of the work.

A free 30-minute consultation is offered via the website to discuss potential services. This consultation does not constitute a commitment to engage services.

2. Engagement & scope

The scope of services, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon prior to commencement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require revised terms or additional fees.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where expectations fall outside agreed parameters.

3. Fees & payment terms

  • Monthly retainers are invoiced and payable in advance and reserve dedicated capacity and availability.

  • Certain one-off projects may require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion

  • Recruitment services are payable only once a candidate has been successfully employed

  • Invoices are issued for all services rendered

  • Payment terms: 7 days from the invoice date

Accepted payment methods:

  • EFT / direct deposit

  • Yoco payment link

  • PayPal

  • Cash (by prior arrangement)

Late payments may result in suspension of services until accounts are settled.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

Consultations

  • Free consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • No charges apply to cancelled consultations

Retainers

  • Retainer fees are non-refundable

  • If a retainer begins partway through a month, the full monthly retainer fee applies, and any unused hours from the initial partial month will be added to the following month’s allocation.

  • One courtesy pause per year may be accommodated with 7–14 days’ advance notice, subject to scheduling and availability.

One-Off & onsite projects

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Where an onsite or time-sensitive project is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a portion of any upfront deposit may be retained to cover reserved time and preparation

5. Recruitment fee protection

Where Revamp-MyLife introduces a candidate to a client, the agreed recruitment fee remains payable if the candidate is engaged, employed, or contracted directly or indirectly as a result of that introduction.

This includes engagement through:

  • A related entity or alternative practice

  • A third party

  • Any engagement occurring within a reasonable period following the introduction

Any attempt to bypass or avoid the agreed recruitment fee constitutes a material breach of these Terms, and the full recruitment fee remains due and payable.

6. Working hours & availability

Services are generally provided during standard business hours on weekdays.

Support outside these hours may be available by prior agreement and may incur additional fees. Work is prioritised based on agreed scope, timelines, and availability.

Revamp-MyLife is not a 24/7 on-call service unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability & third parties

While we act with care, professionalism, and diligence, Revamp-MyLife is not liable for delays, errors, losses, or outcomes caused by third parties, including but not limited to:

  • Banks and financial institutions

  • Accountants or advisors

  • Payment platforms or software providers

  • Candidates, employers, or external suppliers

We are not responsible for outcomes based on information supplied by the client or decisions made by third parties. Any liability arising from services rendered is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is handled in accordance with our Confidentiality & Discretion Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing reasonable written notice, subject to any outstanding invoices, retainer terms, or project commitments already in place.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will take effect once published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
